基于理性行为理论的BIM内容库网站知识分享行为研究

摘要：

BIM内容库网站用户的知识分享是丰富建筑工程项目BIM构件资源的关键。激励BIM内容库网站用户分享知识,需首先了解其知识分享行为动机。基于理性行为理论构建BIM内容库网站用户知识分享影响因素模型,并以问卷调查的方式获取数据,进行实证分析。结果表明,BIM内容库网站用户的知识分享行为态度和主观规范影响分享意愿,态度又取决于BIM内容库网站的激励机制、用户对网站和他人的信任、用户间的互惠关系以及用户的自我价值感,主观规范取决于用户的自我价值感和网站氛围。
