<正>近年来,随着经济的发展,人民生活水平日益提高,生活方式的改变及饮食结构的变化,非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的发病率逐年增加,发展成为一种危害人类健康的常见慢性肝脏疾病。据流行病学调查表明,NAFLD发病率已达到10%～24%,而肥胖及2型糖尿病患者的NAFLD发病率可达25%～75%[1]。在我国,NAFLD已成为
