理智型决策风格大学生的自我管理策略、求职清晰度与职业决策困难的关系

摘要：

为考察职业决策困难的内在产生机制,采用一般决策风格量表、SOC问卷、求职清晰度问卷、大学生职业决策困难问卷对544名大学生进行调查,考察了决策风格、自我管理策略、求职清晰度与职业决策困难的内在联系。结果显示,决策风格通过自我管理策略和求职清晰度影响职业决策困难,同时自我管理策略通过求职清晰度间接影响职业决策困难。从自我管理策略与求职清晰度的角度对大学生进行职业规划辅导可能效果会更明显。
