知母皂甙元是Na+、K+-ATP酶的抑制剂

摘要：

中药知母属清热泻火药,但其作用机理一直不明。我们从知母提取到一种皂甙及其水解产物皂甙元,根据它的熔点、红外光谱、质谱分析及薄板层析等结果证明我们所得到的皂甙元为已知的菝葜皂甙元。它们明显地降低由甲状腺素造成的耗氧率增高,并抑制Na+-K+-ATP 酶活性的作用。
