60岁及以上帕金森病患者左旋多巴诱发运动障碍发生率及相关因素分析

采用横断面研究对100例以复方左旋多巴为主要治疗的60岁及以上帕金森病患者进行一般状况、用药情况、统一帕金森病评分量表检查及左旋多巴诱发运动障碍(LID)出现率调查。本组患者LID发生率为37%, 服用复方左旋多巴4年以上者LID的发生率高于服用复方左旋多巴4年以下者(55%与26%, χ2=8.770, P=0.003);震颤为主型PD患者"剂峰"运动障碍发生率低于强直少动为主型(χ2=4.399, P=0.036)。LID主要与复方左旋多巴服用时间有关, 金刚烷胺有可能降低"关期"肌张力障碍的发生率。
