<正>恶性肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率相当高,部分患者常有恶病质(cachexia)征象,表现为厌食、进行性体质量下降、贫血或低蛋白血症等,晚期还会出现疼痛、呼吸困难或器官衰竭。恶病质是恶性肿瘤常见的致死因素,其直接影响治疗效果,增加并发症发生率,并使生活质量下降、生存期缩短、住院时间延长和医疗费用增加。研究发现,恶病质与肿瘤负荷、疾病进程、细胞类型之间无恒定关系。恶病质发生机
