摘要
心肌纤维化不仅是各种心脏病变引发的结果,还是多种心脏病变的诱因。在心肌纤维化发生过程中,涉及多种因子参与,其中主要包括血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮、转化生长因子β、各种炎性因子、氧自由基和结缔组织生长因子等。这些因子通过不同或相同的信号通路途径介导心肌纤维化的发生,详细了解相关机制有助于寻找防治心肌纤维化发生的干预靶点,有利于心脏疾病的一级预防和二级预防。
