摘要
骨骼肌作为新近发现的内分泌器官,可分泌多种生物活性物质,具有重要的生物学功能和临床医学作用,在运动医学领域具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。不同的运动方式和运动强度对骨骼肌内分泌功能产生不同影响。运动通过刺激骨骼肌内分泌功能的变化,对代谢性疾病、肌丢失症等慢性疾病均有改善作用。积极探索运动诱导骨骼肌内分泌功能变化的机制,寻求相应的生物学靶点,制定有效的运动处方,对运动系统功能的改善、代谢性疾病的防治等多种全身性疾病的运动康复,具有重要的理论价值和应用前景。
