<正>Wallenberg综合征又称延髓背外侧综合征,于1895年由Wallenberg首先报道,并经病理解剖证实为小脑后下动脉(posterior inferior cerebellar artery,PICA)血栓形成所致。近年来,随着影像学技术及数字减影血管造影(digital subtrac-tion angiography,DSA)的发展,人们对Wallenberg综合征的解剖学、病因及发病机制、临床表现等有了新的认识,意识到PICA并非是引起该综合征的唯一病因。本文将近10年研
