摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)长期慢性的过程可演变成结直肠癌(CRC),称之为结肠炎相关性结直肠癌(CAC)或UC相关结直肠癌(UC-CRC)。UC-CRC的风险因素包括发病时年龄、病程、炎症的程度及范围、原发性硬化性胆管炎及CRC家族史。其早期诊断和监测主要依赖结肠镜定期随访和病理学检查,其预防主要是控制炎症活动和化学预防;发现异型增生相关病变和CRC时应依据活检结果行内镜下切除或全结肠切除术。
