摘要：

骨质疏松及其骨折严重影响老年人尤其是绝经后妇女的生活质量。除了传统治疗方法,基因治疗正成为国内外学者研究的热点。有大量文献报道了基因治疗骨质疏松的动物试验结果,如利用病毒载体局部或全身转导相关的骨诱导蛋白,以改善试验动物的骨质量,并取得了理想的结果。但其临床应用还有待进一步研究。笔者将对基因治疗骨质疏松的临床应用进行综述。
