<正>近几十年来,全世界范围内剖宫产率日益增高,造成瘢痕子宫再次妊娠时凶险性前置胎盘、胎盘植入、产后出血、周围脏器损伤等问题的日益凸显。剖宫产率升高的可能原因众多,剖宫产术后再次妊娠者的重复剖宫产也是其中之一。因此,
