糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿与CRP水平的相关性研究

摘要：

目的就CRP与糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的相关性入手,为糖尿病肾病的早期诊断寻找新的途径。方法回顾性分析我院住院的糖尿病患者188例的临床资料,检测患者CRP水平及尿蛋白水平,了解其相关性。结果糖尿病肾病组患者血清中CRP水平显著增高,且早于尿蛋白的出现。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清CRP明显增高。
