<正>急性腰痛患者大多由脊柱外伤、椎间盘突出等造成。但外伤愈合后许多患者腰痛经常复发,严重影响生存质量。有研究表明手法治疗在短期内是有效的,但长期效果维持却很难[1—4]。核心肌群稳定性训练法(core stabilization exercises,CSE)在缓解腰痛症状方面已得到广泛认同[5—6]。CSE不仅能够维持躯干的稳定性,更重要的是能够预防和治疗腰痛,国外有很多临床研究支持此论点[7]。因此,21世纪初CSE疗法在国外逐渐成为康复治疗趋势及新的康复治疗技术[8]。本试验运用CSE与传统腰背肌训练方法对慢性腰痛患者的症状及功能的疗效进行比较。
