丹参注射液对骨折愈合中钙沉积的影响

摘要：

本文通过45Ca—液闪测定,观察正常小鼠股骨及胫骨45Ca 沉积的情况及丹参对小鼠右股骨中段骨折后45Ca 沉积的影响。发现正常小鼠、左右骨相应部位钙沉积相似:右股骨中段骨折后,生理盐水组与丹参组小鼠的中段股骨钙沉积不断升高,而股骨上、下二段反而下降,丹参组下降更显著。说明丹参可以从郇近骨组织中调动比生理盐水组更多的钙,以更好地满足新骨形成对钙的需要,从而使骨折愈合加速。
