<正>心血管疾病是是世界上最常见的死亡原因之一[1]。其中最重要的是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD),其病理基础是动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As),表现为动脉内膜下脂质和胆固醇聚集和大中动脉血管壁纤维化斑块的进展性慢性炎症[2]。以往的观念认为,As病变的进展是不可逆转的,现经过多年研究证明As的逆转是一个协调性的过程,主要涉及影响脂质外流的因素,并发现降低As斑块中的脂质成分可以直接导致巨噬细胞向外移
