经皮测定氧及二氧化碳分压与动脉化耳血气的比较

摘要：

经皮肤和动脉化耳血测定了10例健康人和35例有不同程度低氧血症及CO2潴留患者的PO2和PCO2,分别于安静状态、过度通气及呼吸O2、CO2等混合气时进行。结果经皮测定的PO2、PCO2均与动脉化耳血气密切相关,表明经皮测定是一项比较可靠的连续监测PaO2、PaCO2的有效手段。
