氯吡格雷对冠心病患者的安全性和血小板聚集率的影响

摘要：

目的:评价氯吡格雷对冠心病患者的安全性和血小板聚集率的影响。方法:31例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组16例和对照组15例,分别服用氯吡格雷75mg·d-1,qd和阿司匹林100mg·d-1,qd,总疗程为6周,包括2周安慰剂清洗期和4周药物治疗期。入选前后测定其血常规、血生化和血小板聚集率,2周安慰期后测定血常规。结果:两组患者的基线实验室检测的各项参数差异无显著性,治疗后对血小板数量没有明显影响;两组药物治疗后,患者的血小板聚集率均明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有显著性,而且治疗组的降低更显著,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。在试验过程中治疗组有1例患者出现腹泻,但症状较轻,患者没有因此退出试验。结论:冠心病患者应用氯吡格雷安全有效,患者耐受性好。
