摘要
内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,以前被称为前B细胞集落增强因子(PBEF)。近来许多研究发现,Visfatin具有类似胰岛素的生物效应,并能促进脂肪细胞的分化、抑制肝糖原的释放和促血管平滑肌细胞成熟。Visfatin水平与糖、脂代谢相关。对于Visfatin的深入研究或许可使其成为糖尿病及代谢综合征治疗的一个新靶点。
