摘要：

本文首先从多侧面介绍了国际上新兴的进化算法;接着对它作出了改进,包括提出引入"灾变"算子以解决premature convergence问题;最后,对仿真实例进行了分析。结果清楚地表明,和传统算法相比,该算法性能优越,潜力巨大。
