国外网络用户信息查寻行为的研究方法述评

摘要：

用户信息查寻行为的研究方法按照数据收集方法分为定性方法的观察法、出声思考法、访谈法、问卷法和个案分析法等,定量方法的调查法、测试法、实验法和日志法。大多数研究采用多种研究方法相结合使用,且以定量研究方法为研究的主导方法。最后结合我国该领域的研究现状,建议应借鉴国外研究方法的多样性及综合使用的灵活性。
