摘要：

<正>脑出血总的发病率是每年每10万人口中有12～15人发生,它占到新发脑血管病的10%～15%[1]。美国每年有6万新发脑出血患者,中国每年是40万[2]。由于超过2/3的脑出血都发生在老年人群,因此随着人口老龄化,脑出血发病率也随之升高。脑出血30 d的病死率可达到50%[3],其中一半发生在起病后的24 h[4]。2002年在美国涉及67 000例脑出血患者的调查研究表明,只有不到20%患者6个月时肢体无明显功能障碍[5]。而高血压性脑出血作为脑出血最多的一个类型,理应引起我们的重视。现将高血压性脑出血病理生理研究进展综述如下:
