摘要
<正>缺血-再灌注损伤(IRI)可在多种临床环境(器官移植、分段切除)中发生,可以导致缺血器官功能障碍和衰竭。虽然先天性免疫反应在IRI中发挥重要作用,但是T淋巴细胞也参与IRI的发病过程,包括CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、γT淋巴细胞等。尤其是抗原特异性T细胞群体,如效应性CD4+T淋巴细胞,包括辅助性T(T helper,Th)1细胞、Th17细胞、调节性T细胞(Treg),在IRI过程可通过抗原非依赖适应性反应激活炎症免疫反应,通过分泌细胞因子和表达共刺激分子,促进或抑制先天性免疫反应或促进组织修
