摘要：

髋关节翻修术是指通过重新植入能够牢固固定的新假体并且恢复关节的解剖形态,从而缓解全髋关节置换术失败而致的疼痛,改善关节功能.但翻修术技术复杂,对手术技巧和临床经验要求较高,对适应证的选择、骨缺损的程度、移植骨及假体的选择和固定的了解是必要的.本文总结了近年来全髋关节翻修术中假体的选择和固定及骨缺损的修复重建的相关研究进展.
