摘要
<正>神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)是一种存在于中枢神经系统中且能保持长期自我更新、复制能力,并能向多方向进行分化的原始细胞。目前NSCs已经广泛应用于中枢神经系统退行性疾病、肿瘤以及缺血损伤等疾病的治疗。本文对神经干细胞特性、移植方式、治疗中枢系统疾病进行了阐述与总结,并对未来神经干细胞的发展前景提出了展望。中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)损伤包括颅脑和脊髓损伤(spinal
