<正>椎间盘源性下腰痛(discogenic low back pain,LBP)1979年由Park等首先提出,是临床中的常见和多发症状,是较复杂的一组临床综合征。LBP是慢性腰痛的最常见类型,据统计约超过一半人口在生活中出现不同程度的下腰痛,但疼痛产生的机制至今缺乏敏感和特异性诊断方法。研究发现LBP产生机制复杂,有多种递质或调质与其受体参与作用,阐明LBP疼痛产生的生理和分子机制,对于寻找解除疼痛的
