授权型领导对知识团队绩效的影响机理研究

摘要
从团队整合的视角构建并检验了授权型领导、社会整合、知识整合与团队绩效之间的内在联系。实证结果表明,授权型领导对团队绩效具有显著正向影响,社会整合和知识整合在其中发挥中介作用。
