<正>截至2016年底,我国高血压患者已超3亿人次,年增新发病例数超过1000万。与正常血压人群相比,高血压患者无论是心脑血管事件发生率,还是慢性肾脏疾病等其他脏器疾病的发生率,都显著增加[1]。据不完全统计,全球范围内每年约超过1000万高血压患者因并发冠心病、脑卒中及器官损害而死亡,稳定血压是减少高血压患者并发症的主要手段之一[2]。血压变异性是血压在一段时间内的波动程度,是血压稳定性客观展示的重要指标。近年来越来越多的学者
