摘要
局灶性脑血管病都伴随血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)的损伤,血脑屏障物质结构基础是脑毛细血管内皮细胞及基底膜,MMP-2和MMP-9通过降解基底膜导致血脑屏障损伤。
