摘要：

<正>膝关节单间室骨性关节炎(isolated femorotibial osteoarthritis)是临床比较常见的一类退变性疾病,其中内侧间室的发病率明显高于外侧间室,后者占所有单室胫股关节炎的1/8。在开展的所有单髁置换术(unicondylar knee arthroplasty,UKA)中,外侧UKA仅占5%～10%[1]。目前内侧UKA术治疗前内侧间室OA已经获得了较为广泛的认可,国内外的相关基础研究和临床报道
