摘要：

Halliwick理念是一种通过游泳等水中活动来减轻患者的功能障碍、以提高其生活质量的水中运动疗法理念。主要内容为旨在教会患者游泳的"Halliwick十点程序"和针对机体功能或结构缺陷的"水中特殊治疗"。Halliwick理念可很好地与《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》相关联,其疗效也已得到越来越多循证医学研究的支持。
