医院联盟中的公平效应对知识获取的影响研究

摘要：

基于联盟公平理论,针对中国医院战略群组内的联盟现实,指出医院联盟中不同类型的公平对处于不同地位医院的知识获取影响不同。理论分析认为,医院联盟中分配公平与上下级医院的知识获取均呈正向相关,程序公平与上级医院的知识获取正向相关、与下级医院的知识获取负向相关,互动公平与上级医院的知识获取负向相关、与下级医院的知识获取正向相关。
