二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠对癌细胞的双时相毒性

摘要
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDC)(C2H5)2NCS2Na的浓度在10-5~3×10-3M范围内,对高度癌变的叙利亚地鼠成纤维细胞的集落形成率、DNA合成和细胞形态,都具有双时相特征的毒性。第一中毒时相发生在10-5和10-4M,第二时相在3×10-3M。DDC也使含铜及锌的超氧化物歧化酶活性下降,但无时相性。
