摘要：

<正>执行功能(executive function,EF)是指个体在实现某一特定目标时采取灵活优化方式,来计划、始动、排序、监控目标指向性行为的认知技能。EF障碍广泛存在于包括老年期痴呆在内的多种神经精神疾病。尽管美国精神医学会在1994年将EF障碍作为支持痴呆诊断的临床依据之一,但在临床工作中EF研究并未得到应有的重视,再加上传统的痴呆测查方法对EF不敏感,使得痴呆患者的EF损害状况被大大低估甚至忽视。越来越多的证据表明,痴呆患者的EF损害是普遍的;EF与日常生活能力及功能下降密切相关,EF能预测轻度认知损害(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)向痴呆的转化,并独立决定痴呆患者需要照料的水平。因此重视老年期痴呆EF的研究,具有重要意义。
