摘要：

文章将云计算推广到互联网信息资源管理与服务领域,首次提出"信息资源云"这一云环境下信息资源管理平台与服务模式。以云计算给信息检索服务带来的影响为指引,剖析云计算新服务模式出现的可能性及必备条件,探讨信息资源云存在的必要性,提出信息资源云服务的最终目标,即信息资源云知识服务。
