摘要：

脑卒中作为影响人类健康的第三大疾病,严重影响患者躯体功能,导致患者生活质量下降。随着医学模式的转变,人们将目光转向患者的生存质量。同时,生存质量量表作为一种间接反映患者生活状况的测量工具受到研究人员重视。脑卒中相关生活质量量表可分为普适性量表和脑卒中疾病专病量表。普适量表涉及患者躯体、认知和心理及社会功能等的评估,应用广泛,但灵敏度差;专病量表更适于测定脑卒中患者生活质量的水平及变化。文章对现常用脑卒中量表进行比较,方便研究人员选择适合自己研究方向的量表。
