原发性干燥综合征肾小管酸中毒与EB病毒感染的相关性

摘要：

为探索EB病毒与我国原发性干燥综合征患者发生肾小管酸中毒之间的病因关系,我们采用抗EB病毒早期抗原P138单克隆抗体和32P标记的EB病毒BamW探针,对发生肾小管酸中毒的肾脏活检标本和对照肾标本进行了检测。结果在全部7例原发性干燥综合征的肾小管上皮细胞均检出了EB病毒早期抗原,2例中有1例检出了EB病毒DNA;对照标本均为阴性。本研究提示在发生肾小管酸中毒的原发性干燥综合征的肾脏中EB病毒处于活跃的复制生长状态,很可能是造成原发性干燥综合征肾脏损害特别是肾小管酸中毒的原因之一。
