摘要：

<正>急性心功能不全,是指各种原因导致的心脏收缩或/和舒张功能障碍,造成心排血量在短时间内急剧降低的一种急性心功能衰竭综合征,包括急性心功能衰竭与慢性心功能衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的急性失代偿状态。传统心肌正性肌力药物通过提高心肌细胞内钙离子浓度来增加心肌收缩力,从而减轻急性心功能不全患者的临床症状、降低其急性期死亡率,但它们同时也增加了心肌做功氧耗,并带
