摘要：

跨部门政府信息共享是电子政务建设的关键内容,是一个复杂的过程,构建基于信息链的跨部门政府信息共享架构有助于实现结构化和非结构化信息的共享。文章界定了电子政务信息链的概念,剖析了跨部门政府信息共享架构的组件,即信息定义组件、信息存储组件和信息检索组件,阐述了其中存在的数据级冲突和架构级冲突;探讨了信息共享方法,包括自由文本法、数据库模式法和XML存储库法,并对三种方法进行了比较。
