优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘要：

目的探讨优质护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的52例妊娠糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组28例和对照组24例;对照组采用传统护理方法;观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组患者平均住院时间(10.24±8.12)d,显著少于对照组(16.45±9.28)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访期间观察组患者的血糖水平和并发症显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的糖尿病知识知晓率为92.8%,显著高于对照组的54.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以增强妊娠期糖尿病患者的自我护理能力,明显缩短住院时间,减轻患者的经济负担,值得临床推广。
