重症脑梗死患者血浆脑钠肽水平与预后

摘要
目的探讨重症脑梗死患者血浆脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)水平能否作为预测患者预后的指标。方法 60例急诊入住ICU的重症脑梗死患者入院时测定BNP水平,观察30d的病死情况,并将患者分为死亡组和存活组。比较两组之间入院时BNP水平的差异,同时采用Logistic回归分析筛选与死亡相关的因素。结果死亡组患者入院时BNP水平较存活组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明入院时BNP水平是增加患者死亡的危险因素。结论重症脑梗死患者血浆BNP水平是预测患者预后的指标之一,入院时BNP水平越高,死亡风险越大,预后越差。
