摘要：

本文以海尔创业成长的品牌战略阶段、多元化战略阶段、国际化战略阶段、全球化战略阶段共4阶段28年的192条发展里程碑事件为研究对象,运用内容分析法,揭示了创业企业成长战略演进过程中创新网络、战略网络以及资源获取网络嵌入的规律。
