摘要：

全球化对人类社会的影响迫切要求跨文化适应的能力,以及对此概念更加系统化的研究。针对现存文献中这一概念意义模糊化的问题,本文通过简要的文献综述来说明跨文化适应是一种跨越边际的博弈,以此为跨文化适应的理论化打下基础并尝试进行理论建构,认为跨文化适应作为跨越边际的博弈必须整体化对待,获得跨文化适应的关键是要有"边际智慧"。本文的分析为跨文化适应今后的研究提供一个基本的指导方向。
