全球科研越来越强调学科间的融合。美国于21世纪初提出"会聚技术"的概念,认为它代表了研究与开发的新前沿,将缔造全新研究思路和经济模式,提高整个社会的创新能力和国家生产力水平。本文梳理了美国会聚研究领域的理论基础,分析了会聚研究的特点和发展趋势,以及联邦政府和高校的具体实践,展望其对未来科学创新和人类社会发展的影响。
