子宫腺肌病的药物治疗进展

摘要：

缓解疼痛，减少出血和促进生育是子宫腺肌病的主要治疗目标。腺肌病药物治疗选择与子宫内膜异位症类似，有非甾体类抗炎药、促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRH-a)、复方口服避孕药、孕激素类药物以及中医中药等五大类。子宫腺肌病是一种慢性疾病，需要长期管理。
