陕西制造业利用内外部社会资本提升技术创新能力研究

摘要：

文章以陕西省制造企业为对象,研究企业内外部社会资本与企业技术创新能力的关系,并分析组织学习的两种方式(探索性学习、利用性学习)对此关系的作用。结果表明:陕西省制造企业内外部社会资本均对企业技术创新能力有显著正向影响;外部社会资本对探索性学习、利用性学习均有显著正向影响,内部社会资本对利用性学习具有显著正向影响;探索性学习在内外部社会资本影响技术创新能力的关系中均起部分中介作用。高新技术企业识别和创造顾客价值,从而为提升陕西省高新技术企业持续的核心竞争力提供一定的参考和建议。
