白肋烟杂交种及亲本烟碱转化株的鉴别

摘要
对我国白肋烟主栽杂交种鄂烟一号和9803调制后烟叶的生物碱组成和含量进行了定株测定,发现存在严重的烟碱向降烟碱转化问题,其中种植历史较长的鄂烟一号的总转化株比例和高转化株比例分别为43.4%和24.5%,都高于新选育的9803。通过对鄂烟一号亲本材料转化株的早期诱导和鉴定,发现作为母本的B21不育系和作为不育系保持系的正常可育的B21群体中都含有极高比例的转化株,分别为81.3%和70.7%,而作为父本的B37转化株较少,为10.9%。因此鄂烟一号的高转化株比例主要由母本引起。对杂交种9803亲本转化株的鉴别结果表明,母本TN86不育系和父本B21低生物碱品系的总转化株占群体的比例分别为40.5%和23.3%,母本对杂交种转化基因的贡献大于父本。
