<正>传统的热力杀菌技术会对食品中的热敏物质及食品的色泽、气味、组织结构产生不利的影响。脉冲强光(pulsed light,PL)作为一种新型非热杀菌技术,可通过高强度、广谱辐射的短脉冲杀死食品表面或包装材料上的微生物[1]。
