摘要：

目的介绍胃癌淋巴靶向化疗的研究进展。方法收集国内、外近年来有关胃癌淋巴靶向化疗研究进展的文献并作一综述。结果胃癌淋巴靶向化疗能提高区域淋巴结内的药物浓度,具有较好的化疗效果。结论胃癌淋巴靶向化疗作为胃癌综合治疗的一部分具有广阔的发展前景。
