新生儿脐血和母血中维生素E值的观察——分光光度法测定

摘要：

本文用微量分光光度法对57例新生儿脐血和30例产妇血维生素E浓度进行测定,并以30例正常成人为对照。本测定方法是可靠和灵敏的。平均回收率为93.8％(92.2～98.0％),变异系数(CV)在高浓度和“低浓度标本重复测定时分别为2.5％和7.0％。脐血中E值平均为2.8±0.9gμ/ml,约为成人值的1/3。分娩时母血维生素E值明显高于正常未孕妇女(P<0.001)为12±2.5μg/ml。母血维生素E值和其配对新生儿脐血维生素E值相关(r=0.44887,P<0.01)。
